-Here we are, already in the fourth year of existence of the Journées Internationales de l'Attelage in Lisieux, which has thus become one of the not-to-be-missed events of Equidays. Thanks to our team of volunteers, this event is in good shape and continues to offer a varied show unique in the realm of the heavy horse, as our numerous visitors have made very clear to us. To celebrate the fourth edition, programmed for the 13th - 15th October 2006, the organising committee is pleased to welcome, as in 2004, the French driving championships for singles, pairs and four-in-hands. In addition, the mounted heavy horse races, held for the first time in Lisieux last year with great success, are to be repeated this year, for the satisfaction of the public, but also for the pleasure of the horses and jockeys, who took part with such energy and enjoyment

This year there will also be a Grand Evening Show, on Saturday 14th October, which will take place in the newly enlarged ring, inside the Exhibition Hall. Various numbers have already been programmed, with the aim of satisfying both young and less young (entry 10€)

in the unique surroundings of the Lisieux (Calvados) racecourse, during the Journées Internationales de l'Attelage the following events will take place: an international competition for one, two and four heavy horses, a national competition cat.3, an international trophy for heavy horses and a driving salon.
